Welcome to the City Manager's Office! 

The City Manager's Office directs and coordinates the business affairs of the City.  The City Manager supports the City Council's goals and objectives through the appointment and development of staff, the enactment of policies and procedures to effectively carry out the City Council's directives, the direction of operations under of a fiscally sound and balanced budget, and the recommendation of innovations and improvements to public services.

In addition, the City Manager serves as the Executive Director of the City's Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency. The Department also oversees Economic Development and the Legislative Advocacy Program.
