- La Mesa-Spring Valley School District
La Mesa-Spring Valley School District is a high-performing school district located in the East County of San Diego. The District is committed to high student performance embedded in a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Collaboration is valued among all stakeholder groups and the interest-based process is used as the core for problem solving. The District covers 26 square miles and serves 12,587 students (not including preschool) housed in 17 elementary (K-6) and four middle schools (7-8).
- Grossmont Union High School District

- Grossmont Secondary School
Grossmont Secondary School is a free independent study, public charter school option serving 7th through 12th grade students. Its students are offered the freedom to accelerate, the focus to catch up, and the support to graduate. Grossmont Secondary School assigns courses based on each student's academic and career plans. University of California A to G approved courses are offered across the curriculum to all students. In addition, a variety of additional pathways that frequently align better with individual student needs are available.
