1100 Block of Marline, El Cajon

RESUME OF INCIDENT: 

On 10/23/2020 at approximately 8:43 AM the El Cajon Police Department received a call of a deceased individual inside of a residence. Officers arrived, confirmed the status of the male in his 30’s, and deemed the death to be suspicious.
