Major Injury Motorcycle Collision UPDATE

In the previous press release on 08/14/20, it stated that it does appear that alcohol or drugs were a factor in the collision. That was a typo in the press release. The El Cajon Police Department believes that alcohol or drugs were not a factor in the collision. The case is being submitted to the District Attorney due the the Camry driver violating the motorcyclist's right of way, causing a collision with resulting in major injuries to the motorcyclist.
